Pre-Launch Reservations / Pre-Orders

When you place a reservation, you authorize us to capture payment per the checkout terms. You may cancel any reservation before shipment for a full refund. Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed and may change.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We aren’t responsible for carrier delays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Returns & Warranty

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy posted on the Site. Any product warranty (including our Lifetime Warranty) is as described on the Site and may require registration and proper installation/use.

User Content & Reviews

You must own or have rights to what you submit and it must not infringe others’ rights.

Governing Law; Venue; Time Limit

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflicts principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Maryland. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arose or be permanently barred.

Severability; Assignment; Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our consent. These Terms, plus any policies referenced (e.g., Privacy Policy, Return Policy), are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and products.
