Processing time

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times are estimates and may extend during launches, promotions, or supply constraints.

Pre-orders and reservations

Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed and may change. You can cancel a reservation any time before shipment for a full refund.

Shipping methods and timing

Available destinations, carriers, and service speeds are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We may ship items separately at no extra cost.

Shipping costs and taxes

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout (promotions may apply). Applicable taxes are collected where required. For any international orders shown at checkout, duties/fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after carrier pickup.

Address accuracy and changes

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If you need a change, email hello@zeluraskin.com immediately; changes aren’t guaranteed once a label is created. Undeliverable or returned-to-sender packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped for a new shipping fee or refunded less original shipping and any applicable restocking under our Return Policy.

Risk of loss; delivery issues

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier. We aren’t responsible for delays after handoff or for packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received (e.g., theft). Signature confirmation may be available at checkout for added security.

Lost, delayed, or missing packages

If tracking shows no movement for a prolonged period or the package is lost, contact us at hello@zeluraskin.com. We will assist with a carrier investigation and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund after the claim process.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your Order # and photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement consistent with our Lifetime Warranty and Return Policy.

PO boxes and restricted addresses

Some services may not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or certain locations. If a selected service can’t deliver, we may adjust the method or contact you for options.

Policy changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version on our site. Continued use of the site or placing orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
