Refund policy
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery with free return shipping (U.S.). To start, email hello@zeluraskin.com with your Order # and reason; we’ll send a prepaid label and packing tips. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection; original shipping is refunded only for defective or wrong items. Exchanges for a different finish carry no fee, and pre-launch reservations may be canceled any time before shipment for a full refund.
All returns must be sent in the original Zelura packaging (retail box, inserts, accessories, manuals) placed inside a protective outer carton; do not apply labels to the retail box. Returns missing packaging or parts may be denied or incur a deduction. Eligible: showerhead and accessories that are gently used or like-new; filter cartridges unopened unless defective. Not returnable: gift cards and items excessively worn or damaged not due to a defect.
A 10% restocking fee is deducted from refunds on non-defective returns; this fee is waived for defective, damaged-in-transit, or wrong-item shipments.
